Build material is durable aluminum alloy. Doesn't feel cheap or low quality at all. Sadly, the button has only one mode (on-off). It's convenient that this model features a zoomable lens. I tested it using two different type of AA batteries (alkaline and LiFeS). One thing I've noticed, is that the flashlight's body doesn't get hot even after a long time of usage. Has a max beam distance of 100 meters, which is 328 feet. A really good range and performance for the price.
